Hog Processing

 We will process your hog exactly the way you want it cut and make sure it’s correct.  Pork chops to roasts for pulled pork sandwhiches.  Spare ribs or baby backs?  Sound good?  Let us know what you prefer and we will do the rest.  

We process hogs pretty fast so we like to hang them for 5 to 7 days.  Sometimes we will process them sooner depending on space and quantity..
